Ok, I've officially tried this and it works great! Here's another tip. After entering the initial question into ChatGPT, you can just write "Same question, this is the problem description: [insert description here]". Makes it a bit quicker :)
This is super helpful, thank you for writing this Tuhin. I can't believe I parted ways from Reddit not understanding its relevance. I will go back to it with a new light after reading this post. Also, I will be recommending your substack on mine :)
I was trying to do this with just ChatGPT, and it kind of worked, but it needed some adjusting. I will be trying your method this week to compare the results. Thanks for this! It's like you read my mind.
The idea of researching your audience I learned from Ayo. I also know about the idea of creating content ideas from one idea. However, what's new to me is using perplexity to search that deep (I was using it, but not for that), and that "use the phone while standing" section was blown-minding for me. Good job!
Ayo is a legend. I've learned a lot from him. Now with so many AI tools, the possibilities are endless. We're only constrained by our imagination. I'm glad the post helped you, Lucian :)
Finding the right audience takes some time. I think in terms of number of posts. Create 20 posts and you will understand what you like writing about, and what people like to read from you. Your ideal content will be the intersection of these.
It also depends on the end-goal you have. If you're looking at this like a business, you need to figure out what tangible benefit you can offer people. To get a headstart, look at my post on finding your highest ROI clients: https://www.deepwritingai.com/p/highest-roi-clients-deepresearch-ai

Thank you, Ana. I'm thrilled it helped. I myself didn't know much about Reddit until a few months back. Now, I can't do without it.
Such an excellent piece Tuhin :)

This is the easiest guide to teach me how to use AI + Reddit to come up with more content ideas.
After 5 minutes reading I have mastered how to use Reddit effecitively.
Thank you for putting this together.

Sure, Dana. Please try it out and let me know how it works :)
What I love about this approach is that it directly talks to the pain points people mentioned on Reddit.
That's the best way to create content: START WITH A PROBLEM FIRST!
Kudos!
Yes, it's best to always start with a problem :)

This is Golden for beginner writers like me! Any tips to find the right audience in substack? I just started writing personal blogs!
Thank you :)
